Is it Thursday already?! Damn!!! I haven't woke up underneath my bed in a long time, but this mornin', well, lets just say I had to hunt fer my clothes and send that trucker on his way...heehee!
The brats are in school, or lost in the woods, who the hell knows! I just know I got my coffee and some alone time!
And oh my achin' tits, what a day of filmin' yesterday!!! I had to be possessed!!! POSSESSED!!! Like I need to deal with any other freakin' voices inside my head!!! LMAO
So 'Team Jolean' (I love the sound of that...heehee) has been busy at work filmin' and stuff, we got lots to do over the next few days, so stay tuned for more excitin' Halloween episodes, and I'm thinkin' a blooper reel might come outta all this filmin'...heehee.

ReplyDeletewell not my liver hee hee. So what to do when you buy things that are on sale, just cause its cheap, and sometimes you don't even like the stuff! you get creative that's what! So i froze two pounds of that ground up liver stuff and kept one out to use. So what i ended up doing was i had some pulled pork in the fridge. so i sauteed some garlic and onions first, then added pulled pork, liver, jalepeno's, bbq sauce and habernero salsa. i figured hell if its spicy enough it will burn those taste buds right off and he wont even taste the liver!! well the consistancy was a little runny but i threw it on a hamburger bun, added some cheese and presto, pulled pork liver sandwich! i was so scared he would hate it and all that work would have been for nothing. so after his first bite i asked him what he thought and he said its good babe. at one point he did ask what all was in it. and i said everything but the liver. then i said sorry its a little runny but i added a bunch of bbq sauce so it wouldnt be to hot for ya! hee hee! well the more he ate the more he was raving on how good it was!! i was hesitant abot trying it, but i decided to since he really enjoyed it. so i used it as a dip for some wheat thins and it wasnt that bad! so i sent some in a tortilla for his lunch today and he requested the same meal for tonights dinner! whoo hoo! love when my frugality works out. now what to do with the other two pounds? ah hell i will probaly make a meatloaf outta it. sounds good to me! dont think i will tell him about the liver. what he dont know wont hurt him! he would stop liking it if he knew what it really was and right now he loves it! hee hee
EXACTLY GIRL, what he don't know won't hurt him. It was the same thing I thought those times I was poisonin' Tex. The poison didn't work well, he drinks too much alcohol that just kills anything else that enters his body! He did throw up a little...LMAO
DeleteWell, I am so glad to hear that about the liver. It seems my kids would rather eat the cat food than liver at this point, but if I come across some cheap somewhere, they ain't gonna know, cuz I'll do sumthin' like you, make it into a meatloaf!!!! LOL

hmm shepards pie is a good idea! havent made one of those in awhile! And like you said, they dont care they just want food! hee hee. plus the way hubby scarfs down his meals he prolly dont taste much anyways! and dont worry about poisoning old tex, he prolly woulda throwed up anyway lol
